Information about Reviews Posted on the Platform
Reviews Posted by Buyers
1. Who can leave a review?
Only Buyers who have placed an Order on the website https://noleggiobarchesalerno.it can leave a review about the ordered Product and/or Noleggio Barche Salerno.
2. What types of reviews can be left?
After placing an Order on the website, Buyers can leave reviews regarding:
- the purchased Product: the review concerns the characteristics of the Product and its use.
- the Merchant: the review concerns the Buyer’s purchasing experience (the quality of the Merchant, the level of assistance provided by the Merchant’s customer service, and the quality of delivery).
Buyers’ reviews consist of scores and comments:
- Buyers assign a score on a scale from 1 to 5 stars (where 1 is the lowest score and 5 is the highest) to the Product and/or the Merchant.
- Buyers provide comments about their level of satisfaction with the Product and/or the Merchant.
3. How can a review be left?
The Buyer can leave a review:
- by accessing their personal Account and going to the “My Orders” page where they can click on the section “Rate your shopping experience”.
- by clicking on the link sent via email immediately after the Product’s delivery.
The review will be immediately published on the website.
4. What are the classification criteria for reviews?
In general, reviews left on the Platform are displayed in chronological order, from the most recent to the least recent.
5. Are reviews rewarded?
Noleggio Barche Salerno intends to encourage Buyers to leave reviews on the Products offered on the Platform and, therefore, offers purchase vouchers to be used for subsequent purchases.
The publication of these reviews is accompanied by the wording “Review obtained in exchange for a promotional offer”.
6. Reviews are subject to Noleggio Barche Salerno’s control.
Reviews can be removed by Noleggio Barche Salerno in the following cases:
- The review is used for advertising purposes: the review left contains, for example, hyperlinks or a phone number or email address.
- The content of the review is spam: the content of the review is, for example, posted multiple times or with different accounts.
- The review is off-topic
- The Buyer provided a review about another Order, another Merchant, or another Product.
- The Buyer provided a review about the Merchant in the section dedicated to Products.
- The Buyer’s rating is inconsistent: the number of stars given does not match the content of the comment.
- The review contains comments of a political nature, offensive, obscene, sexually explicit.
- The review is or can reasonably be considered defamatory (accusation or imputation of a fact that damages the honor and reputation of a person) or is akin to a personal attack.
- The content of the review is false.
- The review is misleading as there is a conflict of interest: for example, the review is written by the Merchant in reference to their own Products or themselves.
- The content of the review is illegal or refers to this type of content.
- The content of the review is protected by third-party rights, such as copyright, trademark, or patent rights.
- The review was published following identity theft.
- The review contains personal data or confidential information of a third party (such as payment card information, social security number, etc.)
- The review incites hatred, discrimination, homophobia, xenophobia, racism, or violence.
In case of refusal of publication and/or removal of a review, Noleggio Barche Salerno notifies the Buyer. In case of refusal of publication, Noleggio Barche Salerno also communicates the reasons to the Buyer.
Noleggio Barche Salerno may contact the author of a review at any time.
7. Can reviews be modified?
Buyers can modify reviews in their personal Account. The Buyer must locate the order for which they wish to modify the review.
To modify the review of the Product, the Buyer must click on the button “Edit my product review”.
To modify the review of the Merchant, the Buyer must click on the button “Edit my shopping experience review”.
Noleggio Barche Salerno can also respond to reviews posted by Buyers that concern them.
